Job Description
Greenhouse Software is seeking a Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market to manage and grow relationships with mid-market customers. The successful candidate will help customers achieve hiring success using the Greenhouse platform, identify opportunities for product adoption, provide strategic guidance, drive customer retention, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Greenhouse operates as a remote-first company with optional coworking spaces.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
At least 3 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Experience in a SaaS environment is preferred.
Experience
3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing SaaS role. Experience managing a portfolio of business customers. Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills. Experience with CRM platforms and customer success tools is an advantage. Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
