Happiness Engineer – Customer Support & Success

Automattic is seeking a Happiness Engineer to provide world-class customer support for its products and services. The successful candidate will assist customers through email and live chat, troubleshoot technical issues, educate users on products, and collaborate with global teams. This is a fully remote position, allowing employees to work from anywhere while supporting customers worldwide.

Excellent written English communication skills. Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities. Ability to learn new technologies quickly. Experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, or similar web technologies is an advantage. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
