Zapier is looking for a Sales Assist Representative to support the sales team by engaging prospective customers, qualifying leads, coordinating meetings, maintaining CRM records, and helping deliver an outstanding customer experience. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment while contributing to the company's mission of making automation accessible to everyone.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with CRM software and SaaS products is an advantage.
Ability to work independently in a distributed remote team.
Experience
Previous experience in sales support, customer success, business development, or customer service is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Comfortable working in a fully remote environment. Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce is an advantage.
